Hi!  We are Julie & Jaime Pedraza, the owners of Victoria Station Apartments at Elon University.  We take great pride in these beautiful apartments and strive to provide the best off-campus living experience possible for Elon University students.  We are very responsive to the needs of our residents and of the property, and have a great professional support team in place to make sure that any needs are addressed promptly and professionally.  We manage the property ourselves (instead of using a property management company), because we believe no one will be as personally invested in the care of the apartments and its residents as we are.
