APPLICATION PROCESS

2)  If there is a parent co-signor, please have them fill out our co-signor application.  (Please note:  this must be filled out and submitted by your parent/guardian)

• ​If there is NOT a parent co-signor, please submit proof of funds for payment (scholarship letter, savings funds, etc.)

3)  Send us an email to let us know all applications are in (resident & co-signer, for all roommates) and that you are interested in moving forward.  We will then review all applications.  If approved, we will draw up a lease and send to you and your cosigner for electronic signatures.

 

4)  Sign the lease & submit security deposit ( = one month's rent) and this will hold your spot.
